Kinda reminds me of when I grew up. I was pretty much forced to listen to what my parents grew up listening to, especially the Beatles and the Beach Boys. When you think about it, back in the early 80's, that music was only about 20 years old....kinda like us now. the stuff we listen to from about 20 years ago is rubbing off on our kids.

I sometimes wonder if my kids will hate punk music and social d just to rebel when they get older. I have two boys 11 and 5 and for now, they love social d. My 11 year old's favorite band is Ramones. I just got him his first skelly shirt for his birthday last week. Sad he can't even wear it to school due to skelly's bad smokin and drinkin habits [img]wink.gif[/img]

My son had the same problem, but at least he can wear his ASOM shirt.

i remember i had to turn my rage against the machine shirt inside out in high school because it said "sucks" on it haha
